Today's nail polish pick is a cute indie polish from D&R Apothecary called Bubblicious. Totally cute and fun! You can buy it from her Etsy shop here: D & R Apothecary Shop. I decided to layer it over a Sally Hansen Insta Dri polish called Blue-Away.
